Blogging, reloaded

Our friends have now invaded wordpress.com with another bunch of meaningless blogs, in hope to attract traffic and hits to their own website. They seem to have hired another Romanian girl, together with somebody from Slovakia, to spread their bullshit around. Well, sirs, good luck :)

BTW, have you noticed how they stress out that Sigex share value is increasing to intergalactic dimensions?
450 million euros in 2007, 118% up from 2006.

They say the value of a SigEx share now is 30,8€, in 2005 it was 5,66€.

I believe the real value of the company approaches the value of a handful of laptops, the rest is vapour, no real product for years now.

My questions:
1.) Why do they insist on their soaring share values? There must be something behind it...

2.) Is it possible to find out who owns those shares (apart Artru and Cantell). I guess the shares are not on public trade (stock markets). I can imagine that bigger institutions or other individuals have bought SigEx shares directly from the founders. An they still are not yet aware of the fact that the real value of their shares is closer to zero than to anything else.

3.)Where do they get the money from?
a.) Subsidies, like EU-funds?
b.) Even worse, selling Sigex actions until the whole thing collapses?

Version b.) seems less likely as shareholders require much more detailed financial reports than those pseudo-statements issued by Fred&Chris. They would get suspicious and would start asking questions since the company makes vapor and nothing else.

But version a.) is not so unlikely, regional or EU fundings are easy to get if only you give yourself an interesting look, regardless of what really is behind it. And that's exactly the kind of information politics they are in.

To put it together:
They are burning someone's money, and above all, they are exploiting young people who seek for a perspective but get hell instead.

But do you, dear restless SigEx fighters, think that this can still be LEGAL? What do you think, where do they cross the borders to criminal and moral illegality?

Shouldn't we contact an investigative newspaper, or some kind of anti-fraud institution so they can have a closer look?

***
To conclude, guys, keep on this work, I made my experience too with those two... bulldozers .-)

I did a bit of googling... as we know, it's almost impossible to find something substantial about sigex since they flooded the web with their impressive heavy loads of bs.

Anyway, the SigEx share has an "International Securities Identification Number (ISIN)", which is: FR0004192540 , registered in FRance.

Aynone knows under which regulatory system this share is issued? Who decides on its value? Surely not any kind of real market.
What impact has a lower or higher share price?

I answer myself again :-).

Did some more googlations. First, I found not one french ISIN research site on the web that knew about Sigex ISIN number. It's strange, but does not have to mean anything.

For the french readers, I got the artivle below, roughly it tells us that in 2002 SigEx SuperPBX has officially been recognized as a "FCPI" company. Under this form, one can invest into SigEx while saving tax money. It makes it more easier for a company to attract money. To be issued such a previlege, the company must meet some conditions, mainly being young and innovative.
As we all know, SuperPBX will revulotionize world comminication, so money is well invested, and once we'lll al be rich... :-)

Here is the full article, sorry lost the source address:

Thanks for posting this information!
Yes, they seem to have found a legal way to suck money, by getting the status of a sponsored company. Sponsorships are usually deducted from tax money, so sponsors give buckets of them away, since it's not money that stays in their companies anyway.

Unfortunately my French is terribly rusty, the only time I ever used it was during my trip to Pau, so my Googling skills are next to zero when it comes to browsing French media.

If you'd be so kind to describe your own experience with them, I'll be more than happy to dedicate a full post to it.

here is the translation from babel fish. maybe it will give a couple more ideas what it is about:

SigEx SuperPBX, recognized by l' ANVAR, receives certification FCPI (Published by ARIANE Beky on Monday August 19, 2002) L' National agency of valorization of research (ANVAR) recognized " company in; SigEx SuperPBX, specialized company in the extended communications, and allotted to him certification FCPI (Investment funds for l' innovation). C' is the bottom d' American private sector investment SigEx Ventures which had required of the laboratory d' ideas (" think tank") The Foundry of `construire' two projects/companies, of which SigEx SuperPBX for the wide communications. " These systems are currently assessed by institutional investors in Switzerland and in the United Kingdom. Henceforth, thanks to certification FCPI, this opportunity is offered to the investors français" , is pleased Frederic ARTRU, Directeur and Chief of the operations of The Foundry. It continues: " SigEx SuperPBX seeks technological credits to acquire to develop its intellectual property.
